El Coyote is absolutely a 5 star rating. In our small town of Gurley Al. It is the best place to eat. Beautiful setting, friendly and fun atmosphere. Very versitale no matter the occasion weeknight dinner , date night, birthday , or even eating alone you can enjoy yourself. Oh and last but not least THE FOOD IS GREAT . ....I HAVE TOO MANY FAVORITES , BUT THEIR MARGARITA ON ROCKS.......IT ROCKS. . CHEAP FRIENDLY GOOD FOOD TYPE OF A PLACE...TRY IT

Horrible ,they forgot my order

This is a GREAT family owned place. Everyone is so nice, my husbands meal was to spicy for him to eat, so the waitress took it back and had it remade for him, no questions asked. The waitress walked us through the menu making sure we understood everything they had to offer. The chips and salsa are amazing. As we were checking out we asked for a military discount and surprisingly enough they HAD ONE! Cashier is so kind! Love this place and will return!!!

Best mexican food ever!!!!! It's totally worth the 20 minute drive from Huntsville ! My kids and husband love it too! We all are for about $60 and that included large cheese dip and margaritas and beer! You're totally missing out if you haven't been!

Normally this place is a great lunch/dinner spot. Today though, there were less than a dozen people inside and 4 waitress. They literally walked back to their "gossip booth" faster than they did to the customers. After being seated I sat there with my 6 yo daughter for 15 minutes , passed 6 times by 3 of the waitresses, and was never asked about drinks, no chips or salsa brought to the table, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. If you go when the chickens are clucking and running to put their backsides in a seat instead of .... waiting tables.... It's a great spot

Usually get Pollo Loco which is amazing there. This time ordered Chicken Fajitas. Also good. Waitress forgot about me. Ran out of drink. Never got bill. I went to front to pay and manager(owner?) saw I didn't have bill and wouldn't let me pay. I tried. He insisted. Good gesture. Still giving 5 star because there service is typically very good.

I was starving. Hadn't eaten all day, because I am moving out of town, and was packing all day long. I tried to order a side of veggies. I have ordered that every other time I've been there. The server went to ask the kitchen and came back to say no they didn't have it!!! Didn't have vegetables. I thought that was so rude and unbelievable. Thank God I am not living around Gurley anymore! Good last meal in Huntsville. I had chips and cheese dip. 👎

El Coyote is my favorite Mexican restaurant. I recommend their quesadilla with onions and bell peppers!

This restaurant was amazing. The people that work there are nice people and you get your food in a good amount of time. The food is amazing. This place is a great place and if you haven’t tried it you must try it you will not be sorry.

Go see Lorenzo and the outstanding staff at El Coyote in Gurley. I long ago lost count of how many times I have been back for the top-quality Mexican food. Tonight's was as delicious as ever.

Worth the drive from huntsville. This location is better
